Lemon White Chocolate Cookies

When Layla and Troy (Tryla) come for coffee, there are always cookies.  Mostly they come from a packet but sometimes Sherry makes cookies.  These ones were fresh, delicious and a perfect match with hot coffee while enjoying a good chat and the view from our apartment in Panama City.
